    Manually moving an order?

    Hi

    I'm sure there must be a way of manually moving an order from Pending to Completed within Actinic, but I can't for the life of me find it. It's not moving my pre-authorisation orders to completed automatically so I need to do it myself ... Any ideas?

    You could select it and export the order but I'd suspect that one of the following steps hasn't been done.

    1. Ensure payment shows as 'Full payment received'
    2. All items should be marked as shipped.
    3. Physically print out the invoice.

    The most likely cause is 1 above. Once you've taken payment for the order I'd expect you'd have to do the following:

    1. select the 'progress and payment' tab
    2. click 'view payments'
    3. click 'new entry'
    4. complete the payment in the system so that the status now shows as full payment received.

    Of course, if you've already done all this then it sounds a bit odd.

      Yep, no. 1 - that's exactly what I hadn't done. Doh. Thanks so much for your answer - was getting very clogged up!
