Free Delivery (including VAT)

I have set-up our online store to allow free delivery to orders over £250. However some of the items on the store charge VAT and some are exempt. The calculation is looking at the price before VAT is added to calculate the shipping charge. Can anyone tell me how can i set Actinic to allow free delivery to orders over £250 including VAT?

Hi there

I'm afraid our shipping works on TAX exclusive price, we cannot change this. You would not change USA our rate of VAT or if a customer had purchase books only, they get charged VAT. These are the main reason why we have set the shipping to be TAX exclusive.
