Hi

We have 3 customvars that we have applied on each of the products.

In the search page we can see the unique entries for the properties in the drop downs.

The trouble is, some work, some dont.

The fact that the entry appears in the drop down list suggests that Actinic knows it is there but when we select it and ask for a search then you get zero results.

We have tried completely refresh, delete and recreate .fil files but still no joy.

Have we missed something?

Please could you add more information, like which one is not working, and which one is working. What was your url that has this issue?

We finally resolved it. We looked at previous entries on this BB and found an area where Chris talks about deleting the fil files on the server and on the local machine and doing a complete refresh.

This seems to have done the trick.
