    Automatic Page Redirection

    I seem to have lost my automatic page redirection from the order confirmation page to go direct to WORLDPAY.

    I get the page OK, but it doesnt auto refresh and take you to the worldpay site, you have to click the next button.

    I've tried to locate where the problem is, but can't see anything wrong.

    Any ideas?

    In your checkout template check that the OnLoad="NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD"

    i.e. "NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD" is infront of any other custom code you may have placed into the onload= event.

    That usually seems to fix these things we have found.

      it's right at the front. Still does the same.

        Can you put online what is shown in the checkout template for the <BODY ............ > part please.

        Check that it is the checkout template within the Design | Options | Layouts tab for checkout template and will see then ...
