    <Actinic:PURCHASEORDERNUMBER/>

    Hello everyone,

    I have upgraded Actinic and it appears that my confirmation e-mails no longer display the PO# but rather the code itself.

    <Actinic:PURCHASEORDERNUMBER/> appears where a PO# should appear.

    The PO# appears correctly in the shopping cart and check out pages, just not in the confirmation e-mails.

    Please note: I am not 100% sure that the upgrade caused the problem as I did not immediatly discover the problem.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Lonnie

    Do you mean the web based receipt page? If so, then please try the following; go to the following folder - "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes\BusinessCSS". Highlight and copy the "Act_Order04.html" and paste it in your "Site1" or what your site is called.

    Once you have done this, simply update the site.
