    PSP Problem

    Hi,
    I've had a problem with all the orders going to the pending paymemt service provider ever since I've had the site live, whether they are approved or not. I've tried a complete refresh, dosen't matter. I'm using Act Developer version 6.1.2.1.0.0DVA. here is the catalog. http://www.upupandaway-flowers.ca/acatalog/index.html I have also done a PSP update.

    The other thing is, I thought upgrades were free? EXAMPLE 6.1.2 to 6.5. What would it be in U.S. dollars to upgrade to version 7? This might solve the problem.

    Maintenance releases are free, so you can download 6.1.5 from the following site
    For pricing on upgrading to v7, i would suggest in contacting Sure Solutions

    With regards to your issue, it is possible that you are not recieving the callback from InternetSecure. I would suggest in downloading all your order, once it has been downloaded, ftp to your site and see if there is any .occ file. Simply delete these files.
