Showing site in different languages

Id appreciate some advice on this.
Im wanting to show my site in different languages but im not sure how to go about it.
Id prefer to have it so the pages are static and not generated through an online translator.

Is there any feature within actinic to enable this or does anyone know of an online translation company that would be able to convert my site from a provided csv file ?

Id like to have the homepage with each countries flag on it and have each language linked off from that.
Not sure how possible it is but any advice would be appreciated.

I asked Actinic the same question and their asnwer was to use a different copy of Actinic for each langauge, ie to to treat them as different sites. Then you wold have to translate the text prompts for each language.

Not the ideal solution but not a bad compromise perhaps.

Thanks for your reply, its what i suspected to be honest, its just going to involve and awful lot of work.
