Actinic Link for Sage Line 50 is provided at no extra cost with Actinic Business/Developer v7. I'm not sure you are going to get it much cheaper than that

Yes I understand that chris, but I thought there might be a company who had stock on their shelves who might want to get rid of them cheap as they are going to be slow movers to say the least now V7 is out.

My only practical options is to either buy a upgrade to Developer very expensive as i have already brought 2 x catalog and 1 x bussiness in the last two years or just get a cheap link for the main site which is on business.
