we run actinic but a number of our customers tell me that when they try to use the checkout they keep ending up with a splash screen from dsvr the people that host the site. The problem is intermittent. customers who have complained say that they have enabled cookies so I am at a loss to whats going on.

please feel free to put in any test orders to see if any of you get a dupelicte of the problem

Hi Tom

I have done a test order: AORDER10007981 and got no error messages. I wonder if you error is to do with too many people checking out, and the server is not allocating enough memory to run the perlscript. This would explain why it is an intermittent issue.
