Actinic bombing out after payment processed

Using Actinic Developer 7 with Smart Template. This happens in both test and production mode using HSBC Secure Epayments.

The payment goes through HSBC and is processed fine. The browser returns to Actinic and shows the invoice for printing. Click done and the browser diverts to address below which can't be found.

Can anyone pick up on this, or at least explain what should happen following the display of the invoice.

The query string question mark is in the wrong place.

Somehow you need to put the 'actinic_referrer' bit after the os000002.pl? part.

As for fixing that, I'm not real sure. But maybe this helps.

Thanks Dave, but I am still puzzled as to how this string is generated as I have not made changes on the system to effect that area.

I have two sites using the same HSBC account the first site does not generate the referrer element and the second site does.

Furst site set up with site 1 and second site number 2. Both process transactions through HSBC.

Any clues from Actinic as to what is happening here.

After further digging the differences in the two generated URLs are:


1) referrer generated when it should not
2)url parameters in lower case when they should be capitals
3)runs script os000002.pl on the url that does not work and os000001.pl
on the url tha works.

Please check in Actinic, "Design | Options | Miscellaneous", for Home Page Link. See if you have set it to url, if so, then does your address have
http://www.domain.co.uk/

Notice the trailing slash after the website address. Also check to see if you have "No Frame in Checkout ticked", if so, does the "Url for Completed and Aborted Checkout" address have a trailing slash?
