Im not too sure what could be causing this then, as I havent come across this error before when going from the Actinic site to HSBC - I see if our development team has any advise, and get back to you.

Thanks, would you mind also sending us across your network settings.

You can export your network settings by going to Advanced|Network Setup|Export. Then if you email them to the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page and put it to my attention (James) then I can pass these onto our development team to have a look at aswell.

Can you try and enable another payment (temporary for now) and check if this is error is happening only on HSBC or all payment types.

As the file seems there on the server that would enable it to pass across successfully.

If you go to View|Business settings|Payment and security, then change you payment method to 'credit card details captured for later processing'... upload you site and see if you get the same error.

P.s. still no sign of the network settings.

We have now resolved this.

The final solution involved running loads of network setup wizards and tests, removing cats, fils etc resetting order num lock, uploading, downloading, etc etc until eventually it behaved!!
