Stock Reservation

Is it possible to setup Actinic in such a way for trade customers to reserve stock items before purchasing. After a set period of time if they do not purchase that item, it will go back into stock.

Hi,

I'm afraid that this is not possible. Actinic is not an online database so the stock levels are not updated until you download an order.

However, you customers can save their baskets and if, in the meantime an item goes out of stock, when they retrieve their saved cart they will be given a message telling them this.
