Checkout problem

If I purchase a product I am taken to a summary of purchases page (http://www........cgi-bin/ca000001.pl). At the bottom of this page it reads "Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click here". Whether I wait or click I am forwarded to "index of / actalog - parent directory" instead of my the next step in the purchasing process.
Any ideas how I can fix this?

Are you using a firewall which is blocking the referrer information from being passed properly?

Thanks for your quick response, it doesn't appear to be a firewall issue, I have since tried a test purchase on another pc on the same network and all seems fine, might this be a cookie thing?

It could be the software firewall on the PC. What version of V6 are you using? I think 6.1.5 had a fix for something similar with the Norton firewall.

Yes, I'm running norton firewall on xp, using v6.1.1. I'll grab the fix from the support page.
