how do i set up links to other web pages?

Within a fragments text area you can enter [LINK] and then place the link in the link function tab, or
directly within the text area type something along the lines of ....
!!< <a href="http://www.mysite.com/mylink.html">This is my link.</a> >!!
The openning !!< and the closing >>! is to tell actinic to use the content between them as HTML code and not plain text.
