    Credit Accounts

Our business has been using Actinic for 2 years and we've just offered our first credit account (Payment on Account) to an account holder.

Scary stuff offering credit. My question is, does Actinic or any of its 3rd party plug-ins have the ability to manage credit accounts (i.e. view account orders, print off account statement slips etc), or is my best bet using Excel to manage accounts?

Anyone recommend a tried and trusted approach?

    Many thanks for your input.

    Hello Dave

Is the payment on account option limited to specific customer account?

If so within the Actinic software, there are several reports that you can print or view with regards to customer accounts (which may have the payment on account payment method allocted to them).

If you have a look in Reports | Report selection | Sales, you can see the customer account reports that are available.

    Hope that helps
