MouseOver for Cart and Extended info button

Is it possible to have the 'Add to Cart' and 'Extended info' button to change when the mouse hovers over the button/image ?

Also is it possible to get an e-mail of products ordered, when a customer places an order. All I currently get is an e-mail from Payment provider saying that a new transaction has been placed but I don't know what the order is until I download the order.

Mouseover images: If you have some code you want to use put it in Act_CartButtonImage.html and Act_ExtendedInfoButtonImage.html.

Email copies: See View / Business Settings / Ordering / Send Receipt Email Copies to.
