Removing text generated by ACTINIC

I am wanting to remove the wording "(Including: VAT at 17.5%)" generated by Actinic. I know that if I go to Design | Text I should be able to find and delte it there, the thing is I cannt find it. Could some one point me in right direction??

Try with Design | Text the Go to: Phase -1 and ID 219

Hello Garry,
Goto Design|Options|Miscellaneous and Tick "Display Prices" and "Display Tax Exclusive Prices"

Then goto Design|Text|Website|Shopping Cart/Receipt and remove the (Excluding: %s) from the prompt side of that screen.

That's how I did it and it works fine.
