    Cgi Errors

    I uploaded my site, to a unix server, and after testing it,these error messages came up:

    'Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@tilleymanor.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. '

    another error i found there was when i tryed to add an item to the basket, and there was a similar error.

    What do the access permissions want to be: 777, 755, 775????

    Anyone????

    Hi Michael,

    Sorry for the late response.

    The permissions on the cgi-bin for a Unix server need to be set to 755.
