Customer Account Settings in Version 7 Business

I am developing a site using Actinic Version 7 Business. I have been advised that it is possible to obtain a plug-in for Actinic which allows customers to change their username and passwords for accounts while online? - Rather than manually using ACTINIC

If this is possible, does anyone have the link to where I might obtain this plug-in?

The usernames and password are uploaded by the site operator and can not then be downloaded into the site operators machine from a possible change of that information on the website, so not really sure that this facility even exists, or if it does, then it would be part of something much larger than a straight forward plug-in I am afraid..
