I am building a site and I think I maybe using the UK version because i can not get the service provider tab under shipping and handling. I need the UPS online set of tools. I am in the US. Does this mean I have to get the US version and start all over. I hope not. Any advice would help.

As a US customer you should have purchased from Sure Solutions (US distributor - http://www.actinic.com)

Did you purchase the UK version off Actinic UK direct?

You will need to get your money back then buy a US copy.

You could export your product from the UK version via a hierarchal csv export, and then import them into the US version. You will also need to copy your customised templates over.

You are absolutely correct.
If you are selling on-line in North America you should not be purchasing from anyone other than
Sure Solutions or an Actinic Partner selling you only a US version.
