I'm not spectacularly technical, and our technical man is baffled by this problem:
When running any search on the site (www.denis.co.uk), either via the Search page, the Latest Uploads link, or various text links which gather together specific products, a message is displayed: 'the product index file format is corrupt'. It then lists the search string for the first item in the would-be search results but displays no images.
This is the second major issue with Actinic 7, the first being a complete loss of background. Neither was an issue on this site days ago using Actinic 6. Can anyone help?
Unfortunately, despite signing up for Actinic Support, I wasn't given any support details such as priority phone line.
