    HSBC full integration

    Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to fully integrate HSBC epayments fully on a website i.e without being redirected to their secure site?

Our site is currently on a SSL3 shared host.

If not, how would it be possible to reduce the number of steps from checkout to payment?

Also, at the moment if the customer does not click done on the HSBC site to come back to us, they or us never receive an email confirming their order. Any thoughts?

    Hi there,

This is not possible with the way HSBC is integrated with Actinic. You might be able to get someone from HSBC to make you a fully customised HSBC payment page with your site, but I would imagine that would cost an immense amount of time and money.

Sorry, again not possible with Actinic.

Also, at the moment if the customer does not click done on the HSBC site to come back to us, they or us never receive an email confirming their order. Any thoughts?
At the point of the receipt page loading is when the emails are being sent. Perhaps you could customise the final HSBC payment page so it reads something like "Click here to complete order".
