Paypal & 6.1.3

I was having a look to see if I could tie in Paypal to my existing sit.. but can't see any clues at all.. had a look at business settings, payment & security.. but nothing.

Is it only available in later versions? I know that at least on of the V6 issues has it ...

How easy/expensive is it to upgrade from say, 6.1.3 to the issue that does have Paypal facility?

If you do not have PayPal listed as an option from the Payment options, then you might be best checking that you have the OCCPs installed, as PayPal is included in that version of the software as a OCCP option for selection.
