Orders Disappear

Started up my computer then opened Actinic and download orders, it was downloading three orders but while doing this my computer crashed. So i restarted my computer and opened Actinic again to see no orders downloaded so i tried to download orders again but it said there where no orders to download.

Is there anyway to retrieve these orders?

Hi there,

I'm afraid not, when actinic attempts to download the orders, it will remove the orders from the website. Therefore when it was downloading the 3rd order and the pc crashed, Actinic would have deleted the order from the site.
