Nav Images Disappear When Mouse Rolls-Over

I have created some Nav Images into the NAV-BAR (these icons are Home, Help, Checkout, View Basket, Sign-In, etc). I've put these onto a white background in the NAV-BAR.

However, some of them disappear (maybe turn white?) when the mouse rolls over them. Others do not disappear.

Any clues? My 'Mouse Hover Link' colour is on red in Design|Colours.

    Thanks in advance.

Have you pre-loaded the images into the pages? As on some occasions where the images are not pre-loaded within the onload command of the <body> tag, the effect of placing the mouse over the mouse-out state (which causes a mouse-over state to be actioned) causes the mouse out to disappear in favour of the mouse over one, which if not pre-loaded then has to wait for it to load into the browser to then be shown, which due to latency or any number of reasons will have this effect sometimes.

I'm pretty sure that I've not pre-loaded the images. How do I go about doing this?

        Hi Mike,

What your url for the website which has this issue? Just want to check the navigation.

The site's not up yet - still in development.

I'll let you know the URL when it's up.
