    Error downloading orders

    Hello,

    We have a client who has received an e-mail notifying of new orders ready for download, but when they attempt to retrieve the orders - they get a 'system cannot find the file specified' error.

    We have checked that both IE and OE do NOT have the 'work offline' ticked. (They never use these applications in the 'work offline' mode)

    This problem has reared it's head a number of times in the past and after a period of time (a few hours) all seems fine once more.

    I'm wondering if the quality of the dial-up connection could be an issue (although it seems to be able to send/receive e-mails and generally surf ok)

    Any ideas gratefully received.

    As you mentioned, that error message is usually given when either IE or OE are set to work offline.

    Are you able to upload your site through Actinic?

    Also, could you try going to Advanced | Network Setup, and click the test button... do you get any errors when you do that?
