Font control

Hi,

Is it possible to control the font type and size used by the screen in catalog that comes up saying 'Your shopping cart contains one order line'.

I am sure I have seen sites using a different font/style from the default.

Yep - the code for that can be accessed by going to 'Design | Text' clicking 'Go to' and entering an ID of '1962'. The font/span tag you see here is the one that formats that message.

A list of all the prompts in 'Design | Text | Website | HTML' can be found in the Advanced User Guide.

These design/text bits are key to a lot of the overall design and layout.

When will we get a detailed listing of what each one does ?

Slightly confused!

Thanks for your reply, but on checking the Design menu item, I only see Themes & Colours and Options as my choices. No mention of text. Am I missing a trick or plainly daft?

I think Chris may have given a solution for V6 and V5 and not for V4.

I can see the option GOto in 5&6 buy not in 4.

the html page displaying this message is bounce.html, but i must confess I'm not sure how/when this page is generated (ie if you change the font in the page whether it will be overwritten on upload)............try it and see.............and report back!

All apologies - I forget there are still people out there on older versions of the software. Pre-v5 all of this sort of formatting was in the Perl files - they were only moved within the UI in v5.

One suggestion is to look for the text 'Your shopping cart now contains' in 'Design | Options | Advanced:Language | Misc.'. You will find two instances of it (one for a single order line, one for multiple lines). You can add your own font tags directly around the prompts here.
