Warning Message Query

Despite having all my images and templates in SITE 1 folder (with no sub folders !!) when I take a snapshot of the site I get the following warning message:-

Warning: The HTML templates specify source files (with "SRC=" commands) that reside in directories other than the acatalog directory on the web site. Actinic can not handle these files and they are being omitted from the list of files to upload.

No source files in the templates should have a path. Store them in the site specific directory locally, and they will be uploaded to the Actinic web directory.

Any ideas who I can resolve this??

I've tried everything suggested in the past to find the references they warn about without any luck.

It would be nice if actinic would actually list/log the problem links/files to at least give us a clue. Maybe they could add this to the wish list. It's been bugging me for a couple of years now.
