v7 Patch re-set order numbers to 0

I have just uploaded the Patch for v7 and note that on querying the order number sequence that it showed '0' as the order number.

Should this have happened?

It is fortunate I did query the order number as I was able to re-set it to that required to continue the current order sequence.

I seem to remember that this always happens whenever I upgrade.

Sometimes I catch it. Sometimes it catches me.

Don't remember having any problem with v5 doing this.
