Customvars and Catalog

Hi

I've built a site in Developer which uses custom properties to enable an SRP price to be displayed within the product templates. I've now provided a customer with a snapshot of the site which works fine.

However, the customer says he can't see or edit the SRP customvar field within the 'Product Details > Properties > Use Custom Var' field of his version of Catalog V6.1.3.

I thought it might be hidden, but he has tried resizing the fields to no avail. So are customvars available in Catalog...I thought they were? If they are, why isn't the 'Use Custom Var' field showing in the user interface?

Custom Properties are in Catalog 6. Get the client to look in Advanced / Custom Properties and see if they actually got defined there. If not you may have to talk them through creating the properties manually.
