Shopping basket empty

Hi,

I am having a problem with my store - i have just reloaded it on to a new server and i am testing it- everything went up ok but when i add items to the basket and then go to view basket or go to the cehckout i am told that the shopping basket is empty. here is the test url

New problem

Hi,

I have this sorted now - i was using the ip address instead of the domain.

Now i have another problem. When i log on and try and buy a digital download, the download link is not appearing in the e-mail receipt, nor is an e-mail receipt being sent as a receipt. When i check the order to see if actinic can retreive it, it gets the order but it goes into the pending payment service provider section.

I have included my settings here, the url is above.

Hi Andy

It is better if you could keep your questions to one thread. By having multiple threads you stand the risk of getting conflicting answers, as people will be replying not being aware of developments in other threads

Sorry about that, its just becuase i tried to upload my settings and it didn't work so i posted again. Sorry. I am still having the problem that i have posted on my other post - customers are not getting sent e-mail receipts and digital download links are not being included in the merchant receipt. I am desperatly trying to get some advice as i am about to launch a store promotion and i can't figure it out.
