Copying Orders

We now download orders from a computer which is at a different address to the Sales team. We'd like the sales team to have the ability to see orders placed via the website but don't want to have the hassle (and mountains of paper) of faxing them through every day. Is there anyway a copy of each order can be easily emailed to another computer?

Within View | Business Settings | Ordering tab, you can enter an additional email address within the Send Reciept Email Copies to: which will basically send whom ever you put in there a copy of the email receipt that your customer gets sent.
