Shipping Table Import

Hi,

I've just imported the new shipping tables from the Actinic site and when I checked, some of the charges were wildly out..
PF 10 am zone 3 - £66.95 (10Kg) actual £70.00 (From PF guide for 23/9/04)
PF 24 zone 1 - £160.15 (10Kg) actual £17.50 (From PF guide for 23/9/04)
etc.

Is this a problem with my import or does anyone else have a similar problem ?

Hi there

Please could you tell us what shipping table did you import, when looking at the site: http://www.actinicdownloads.com/shipping.htm

There are the following:

Parcel Force - Both For Account holders and Non-Account holders
First and Second Class
Air Mail Small Packets
Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service
FedEx
DHL

Please advise

Hi Nadeem,

I imported the following file from the Actinic website:

'Import Files for Actinic v7 (updated 15/11/04)'

I then imported all the options for Fedex, DHL, Parcel Force etc. I deleted those bits I didn't want. However, when I cross checked the rates on a few of the zones, some of the rates were wildly out compared to say Parcel Force's guide. I don't know whether this is because of something I've done or because the tables are incorrect. Would you suggest that I delete all zones/classes and start again ? Any help appreciated.
