Hello I'm currently running Version 5.1.6 and have been receiving from some of my customers reports that when they get to the stage where they should fill out their credit card details the window does not pop up and they get a message telling them that "java is not enabled". This has happend quite a few times now. Is there a way we can get round this problem? I notice that that there are gaps in the order numbers which is probably customers coming accross this problem.

The only thing you can do is put a friendlier message there to tell people that they will have to enable JAVA in order to proceed and give a link to a download.

Thanks for that. I've followed the instructions and its seems to have worked. Hopefully won't lose any more orders
