Transfer Telephone Numbers

Hi there,

We've almost got our link working from Actinic to Sage but we've noticed that Sage brings accross address details but not telephone numbers. Does anyone know how we can get it to do this?

Hi there

It does transfer phone numbers for me. Please could you check one thing in Sage. The telephone numbers are in "telephone" field, rather than telephone 2 for the customers.

Also please could you upload a screenshot of what your actinic profile looks like for "Sage to Actinic", on the "Customer" tab.
