Hi

Is there a built-in method for providing a text field to take a message from the purchaser to the recipient, if a separate delivery address is chosen?

This would be of use to allow someone to purchase a product as a gift for someone else, and supply a "Happy Birthday Fred, Love Marge" or similar message, which the site owner could print and send with the order.

I could perhaps customise the General Information box, but this would be shown even if no separate delivery address was chosen?

Hi Dan

There is a user definable field within the "Delivery Address" part. So instead of using General Information, you could use this. Simply go to "Design | Text"
Click on the "Go to" button

Here you will find a user definable field you could use and it will only show up, when a customer chooses to deliver to somewhere else.
