Importing Snapshot Problem

Can anyone help?

I am experiencing the following error when importing a snapshot file from an export snapshot from another an Actinic installation on another compter. Both installations are the same Actinic version.

FATAL ERRORS
(File Snapshot.cpp, Line 1482) - Archive error 12 - The zip file open call failed
Library error - The structure of central directory is damaged! has been caught.

Hi there

The error looks like the snapshot has not been exported properly. Have you got winzip? If so please open that file in winzip, if you get an error, then it looks like it has not created the snapshot properly.
