Strange Order Manager Errors

One of our clients is having a problem retrieving orders. Site development is done by us with Developer (6.1.5) and the client has the order manager (6.1.5) to retrieve their orders. When they try to download their orders they get the following errors:

An Attempt was made to retreive an order past its ends

One or more orders did not have their PSP processing completed at the time that the order was downloaded. This is usually because the buyer aborted the transaction before entering their credit card details. If they are in th emiddle of the order, the payment will be detectd when you next download orders. Otherwise, the orders can be viewed by clicking 'pending PSP' in the 'Orders' window

The client processes credit cards themselves and there are no options to use a PSP when ordering. The only ones set up are Credit Card and Credit Card Details sent seperately.

Hi there.

It sounds like their 'encryption key' under 'Housekeeping | Security' could be incorrect.

I suggest you copy the encryption key from your Development machine into a notepad document, and get them to copy it into their 'Housekeeping | Security' window.
