couple of questions for you all if possible,

When customers are logged in, the final screen shows the following:

Please re-enter your password to verify your identity and complete your order.

and three buttons below:

< back cancel next >

Has anyone any idea which page this is ? Or where username/password and the next button are in design/text ?

Also the next button on the page to goto the HSBC secure server is off the page. Can anyone tell me which page I need to edit to alter

Hi Darren

Go to "Advance | Template Manager". Here click on the "Ordering" tab along the top and simply click on the button thats says "Online CC..."

Just click on "Edit" for "Act_OCCHSBCTemplate.html".

What about the verify page?

I also can't find the code for this page anywhere and I need to remove the table and other styles, as well as add a class to the back and cancel buttons.

If the styling for this page is inaccessible, then I'd like to remove the page altogether - in a way that doesn't cause a nasty shouty message about digital signatures in Actinic when you download the order.

I have two shops that are affected by this at the moment and I'd really like to get them both live.
