Hello, does anyone know whats wrong with 4sure hosting, my site and email is with them and it has been down for some time. I carnt even view their own homepage.

You could try calling their technical support line: 0870 264 6640
This is from googles cached results. Very handy when a site disappears.

its a desparate time for hosting companies when they have server issues (ourselves included)
You are already stressed by the fact the servers are down,
do you
answer the phone and take the abuse
ignore the phone and get on with fixing the problem
leave your customers in the dark until you have a solution
speak to them on the phone and say nothing that they want to hear
one thing that is a god idea is not to have your hosting website on your own servers. That way you still have a method of mass communication when client sites are downComment
