    Catalog v7 disconnecting us from internet during upload

    Am currently using Catalog v7, after after the usual upgrade and uploading problems everthing has been working fine for the past few weeks.

    However we are now unable to fully upload any actinic files. During the 'sending catalog files' process it gets to difprod.dil and diftext.dil and uploading stops suddenly and also disconnects us from the internet altogether, resulting a complete PC rebooting.

    Can anyone help with this?

    We thought it may be due to lack of server space, but we have over 120Mb space still available to us and still getting the same problem.

    Completely out of the blue it's stopped working - also note we have not yet used a patch update.

    We are also concerned that if we delete the files on the server and then try to do a complete fresh reload, that we won't be able to because of this same problem.

    We never had these problems with Catalog v6 - but does anyone know if we can take a snapshot of our v7 stock and it will work with v6???

    Loads of questions I know but we're completely lost here.

    have you tried uploading a large file via FTP to the same webspace...if it bombs out as well, its your internet connection or server.
