    Minimum and Maximum in Prouct-Detail

    Hi All.

    I have been reading the help page in v7. and come across the following:

    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    Minimum Quanity:
    Used to set the minimum number of this product that an online customer can buy.

    Maximum Quantity
    Used to set the maximum number of this product that an online customer can buy.

    If you leave this at '0' then there will be no upper limit up to 32,767 items.
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    When I look at a product - details there is no setting for Min or Max.

    Whats going on here, Please help if you can, if I can get this sorted I can go live with the shop.

    Many thanks

    Kind regards

    Hello Dereck

    Highligh a product in the content tree and in the 'details' tab you will find:

    Minimum Quantity field
    Maximum Quanity field

    If a customer tries to order above your set max quantity I presume [?] they will get a message advising them so.

      Hi Sharon,

      Thanks for your reply.

      I read the same thing in the help system, my problem is when I highlight a product and go to the details tab I do not have the Min and Max options.

      I have today spokeb to Actinic Support and they don't know why they are not there. They asked me to send yhem a snapshot which I have and they are looking into it.

      I like Actinic Support think this is very odd.

      I will post the result, if I get a result.

      I thank you again for your reply

      Keep safe and well, kind regards

      Dereck

        Hi Dereck,

        If your products are digital downloads then the Min/Max are greyed out but I'm guessing that this is not the case however.

          Hi BeerHunter

          Thanks for your reply. Your right about greyed out boxes with digital downloads.

          But I don't use any digital downloads. this is very strange. We will have to wait and see what Actinic Support come up with and I will let you all know.

          Kind regards
