    Server Problem with reinstall

    Have just got a new PC, and installed from the orig CD Actv4, downloaded 4.1 patch, imported my saved snapshot data from a clean disk with the acd files keys etc and everything looked fine until i tried to download an order. Error message "unable to connect to server" I am running AOL9 dial up and they were extremely unhelpful as I assume they ARE my server. Have tried lots of stuff. Anyone out there can help?

    Can you post your network settings - username & password.

    Go to ADVANCED > NETWORK SETTINGS > EXPORT

      you use hubnet as your server (hosting), AOL are just your dial up. I am sure that most of your problems are that you still are on V4.. I should know I spent ages looking at it last month.
      I still have your settings from last time, so do you want me to have a 'quick' look at the connection?
