    Shared SSL option greyed out

    Hi,

    One of our clients has just activated a SharedSSL service with us and has just put the 5.1.6 patch on but when they goto Credit Card details captures... --> Configure Method the SharedSSL option is greyed out. I haven't come accross this before with any of our other clients, can anyone offer any advice on what to do. They have also run the latest v5 PSP.

    Hi Simon

    It sound like you have turned on SSL at the bottom of "View | Business Settings | Payment and Security". Simply untick this, then click on "Configure Method". Shared SSL should now be visable.
