Section Pages & search results

Catalog V7 New Site :

Please Click Here to view section page from sites left-hand menu (Bathroom Suites/ By price)

I have defined the search values in search settings e.g. up to £200, £201 to £250 etc etc.

We need to have those search results listed when the section images are clicked.

The only suggestion Actinic support (India) had was to duplicate each product within a defined section - no good.

Any suggestions?

Hi Vance

Looking at your site, you are searching by "Price Band". Now if you set up the price bands in "View | Search Settings". Change the price band to how the section is set up (£200, £201 to £250 etc etc).

Now if you upload and then go to Advance Search on your site. Select one of the option in the drop down list for price band and submit. It put that price band search within the address bar. So what you could do, is to copy the whole address bar, and set it as an href link within the section.

By doing the above, you would need to hard code the href link. This is the only way you could achieve apart from setting up duplicates
