I have noticed a few people on the forum complaining of items in the basket not showing correctly. I have had a similar problem reported by one of our customers (who isn't yet able to complete their order ):
When I click add to cart, i can see it. But then when i try to go to checkout it's disappeared. So I go back and add it again to the cart, so I now have two there, and yet it's still not there when I click on checkout.
We use Win2000 Sp3, IE 5.5.4807, and possibly. It is a work PC. Normally though it does flash up with an error rather than displaying part of it.
The host for this catalog is donhost, here in the UK. The URL is www.be-cheeky.com. The problem has been reproduced on only one of our testing machine, this time running Windows XP Pro SP1, using both IE 6 and FireFox.
Any ideas or help gratefully received.
