Hi there
You can only delete a saved theme via an .ini file called theme.ini. This is kept in "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes"
You would need to remove all references from the theme here.
If you have Actinic Developer, and are talking about a custom theme, then you could simply go to "Advance | Custom Theme", highlight the custom theme and press "Delete Theme".
