Issues adding additional pages

Hello everyone,

This is my first message on the Actinic community.

I was looking to know how its posible to add a link to the navigation which is located on the left side of the site.

I wanted to link it to an extra page with links to other sites who have links back to my site. This is for afiliation purposes.

Any way of doing this through Actinic?

Hi,

To create a link to another page you need to hard-code the link into one of the templates. The navigation is brought in by NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERGUIDE so you should add your link after this variable. Depending on the theme you are using it will either be in Act_Primary.html or Act_Header.html (Advanced | Template Manager | Main tab (click 'Change View' if you do not see the tabs)).

If you want the link to appear on your brochure pages too then you will need to add it into the Act_BrochurePrimary.html after NETQUOTEVAR:HEADERGUIDE.
