    problems with 'actinic' support

    Hi
    i am having trouble with the payment status on my actinic business software.
    on the payment status, it always has stated pending.
    i have spoken to my payment service provider who say they have asked actinic several times to solve this and have done nothing about it!!! something to do with it being an older version of actinic..
    this looks unprofesional on my invoices and always leaves me wandering when an order goes through.
    Why doesn't actinic solve this problem?? It seems because i have an older version of actinic i am being treated like a third class citizen.
    I am a keen user of actinic and have upgraded twice now and feel this will be the last time. Why should i upgrade evry time actinic feels they need to increase thier bank balance

    Sorry to hear about your troubles, from what you are describing, the payment being in pending, it seems you are not getting the callback from the psp.
    Please could you tell us who is your payment service provider?

        Hi Wayne

        I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having with Velocitypay. Velocitypay have built their own integration into Actinic V6 early this year. As far as I am aware they have upgraded this gateway to V7, but I was not aware that they have built a gateway into V5.

        If you are having problems with this gateway, then I would recommend you approach Velocitypay to look into this. As I mentioned earlier, Velocitypay have built the gateway and we have had no involvement with it other than to test it with V6.
