Editing Text of Netquotevars

I've not been able to find any info on this in the KB or the forum.

I'd like to change the text of my link produced by Netquatevar:NavBinfo
At the moment it is showing as "Terms & Conds", whereas I'd prefer it to be "Terms of Business".
I've done a search in Design/text and edited the "Terms & Conditions" but it didn't seem to do anything.

I know there must be a template somewhere that I can change, but I've not been able to find it!

Does anyone know which template I need to look at?
